 SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY


1. Overview

At M Brothers Dental Unit, we are committed to delivering your dental materials and equipment quickly and safely across India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our process, delivery timelines, and conditions.

2. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver only within India, through our trusted courier and logistics partners. Delivery service availability depends on your PIN code.

3. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message once your order is accepted.

4. Delivery Time
  • Standard delivery takes 1-7 business days depending on location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

  • Unforeseen delays due to courier, weather, or logistics issues may occur — we appreciate your patience.

5. Delivery Charges
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional small handling fee may apply in some regions.

6. Tracking Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case of a significant delay or loss in transit, please contact our support team at mbrothersdentalunit@gmail.com with your order details. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or contact us immediately with photographs of the parcel and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our Return Policy.


CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via WhatsApp or email to mbrothersdentalunit@gmail.com with your order number.

Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. You may still request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Automatic Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

  • Payment or confirmation is not received for COD orders within 24 hours.

  • The item is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Delivery service is unavailable for your location.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and if payment was made, it will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

3. Company’s Right to Cancel

M Brothers Dental Unit reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity,

  • Pricing or description errors, or

  • Unforeseen supply issues.


Return & Refund Policy


1. Eligibility for Return
  • Products must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, accessories, manuals and documentation intact.

  • Products that are opened, used, damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for a full refund or return.

  • Some items (for hygiene, safety or sanitary reasons) may be non-returnable unless faulty. We will clearly mark such items at time of sale.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once we verify the defect/issue, we will either:

    • replace the product at no additional cost, or

    • issue a full refund if a proper replacement is unavailable.

3. How to Return
  • Contact us via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization. Without prior authorization, returns may be refused.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and include the proof of purchase.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds & Processing
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Partial refund may be made if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Exchanges
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product (due to defect or wrong item), send us an email describing your request and we’ll guide you through the process.

  • If an exchanged item is unavailable, we’ll refund you as per section 4.

6. Exceptions & Special Items
  • Custom-ordered items, special-made or bespoke dental equipment or consumables which are opened, used or altered may not be eligible for return.

  • Consumable items (such as single-use instruments, sealed packages) once unsealed or used are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Losses due to professional negligence, misuse, or patient handling.

All users must follow manufacturers’ instructions, safety standards, and dental practice regulations.

4. Professional Responsibility

Purchasing and using dental products from us implies that the buyer is a qualified professional or is purchasing under the supervision of one. We are not responsible for outcomes of misuse or unqualified handling.
